Jeremy Stich, MD graduated medical school and completed residency at University of Kentucky. He’s board-certified in emergency medicine and has practiced medicine for over a decade. In 2015, he founded Access Med as a means to provide the benefits of direct care without the hindrances of the traditional insurance based model of healthcare. That project prompted him to launch True Benefits, a telemedicine platform offering the same direct care benefits to organizations that seek to reduce healthcare spending while simultaneously providing better benefits to their employees.
When Jeremy is not practicing medicine, he enjoys camping, hiking, skiing and climbing outdoors with his wife Lindsey and their 5 children.
Joseph Matthew Palumbo DO, graduated from LECOM in 2006 while continuing his residency training in Emergency Medicine at UPMC Hamot in Erie, Pa. Since 2010, he has been traveling the United States providing care as a locum tenems Emergency Medicine physician. Throughout the years he has worked extensively in the fields of aesthetics, suboxone and telemedicine. During the past year, he merged the idea of staffing and telemedicine with the creation of Ask-A-Doc. Recently though, he continued his entrepreneurial ways with joining the True Benefits Team in pursuit to improve healthcare and reduce costs for employers. Outside of working in the different fields of medicine, Joseph enjoys working in business with his family, spending time with his family and friends working out, golfing, snowboarding, and other outdoor activities.
While attending college at Ferris State University in Big Rapids, Michigan, where he received his Bachelor’s degree in Business, Dusty joined the United States Marine Corps. During this time, he gravitated toward three things – leadership, management, and finance. He has been blessed with the privilege to lead some of the toughest Marines through some of the most unique situations throughout his nearly ten years as a leader while serving his country. While in charge of groups that have included over 500 Marines, he has fine-tuned his skills in teaching others how to lead and develop their staff with the necessary skills to meet any challenge. Dusty was also assigned as the Financial Officer managing over 120 million dollars in assets and the expenditure of over 50 million dollars annually. Developing responsible and realistic financial goals while managing day to day operations has been his key to success.
His interest in the healthcare community, along with his friendship with business partner Dr. Jeremy Stich, led him to jump into the medical community. Joining True Benefits has allowed him the opportunity to tie his experience in finance and management from the Marines with his interest in the business of medicine. His love for animals and the joy of developing successful leaders makes this an ideal team for Dusty to be a part of.
In his free time, Dusty enjoys spending time with his wonderful wife Holly, their four children Brody, Chase, Logan, and Clayton, their crazy dog Ellie May and experiencing the great outdoors.
